Busola Tineretului
A mentorship program for young people, supported by professionals from the diaspora
Background
Naming, branding and visual identity development for the national mentorship program “Busola Tineretului”, implemented by AO “Făclia” with the support of GIZ Moldova projects — “Policy Advisory Fund” and “Promoting Youth Employment in Moldova”, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
Brief
Creation of a visual identity and digital presence that express guidance, trust and personal development. The logo and associated materials were designed to clearly communicate the concept of “direction” and “mentorship” — a compass guiding young people toward the right career path — and to work consistently across all communication formats: online, print and video.
Concept
The central symbol — the compass — was reinterpreted in a minimalist style, with color accents expressing optimism, growth and confidence. The visual direction combines clarity with dynamic elements to reflect the energy of young people and the professionalism of mentors.
The identity positions Busola Tineretului as a space for learning, connection and transformation.
